Weekly yoga classes for adults in DC and Maryland. Move, breathe, learn! Classes thoughtfully incorporate exercises from Feldenkrais, Functional Range Conditioning, Pilates, and other movement forms to help you feel steady through your full range of motion at your major joints before exploring classical asana (poses).

·  6 - 7:15 p.m. / Yoga Bliss gaithersburg / candlelight slow flow - beginners welcome (note: a substitute will teach the aug 11 class)

guest teaching

·  friday, aug 16 / Blue Heron Wellness silver spring / tgif yoga (slow flow + restorative) / 6:15 - 7:30 pm

·  monday, aug 19 / Blue Heron Wellness silver spring / lunchtime yoga (mixed level) / noon - 1 pm
