2014 was both an important year for me and one that I am thrilled to leave behind in the dust. It taught me a lot about the value of time and made me more cognizant of what I give my time to and who I give my time to. I hope to be more mindful this year of how I use this limited resource.

- Mondays, 7:45-8:45 p.m. at Lil Omm in Tenleytown - Curvy Yoga
- Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Momease/GWU Hospital in Foggy Bottom - Prenatal Yoga (begins February 3)
- Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Lil Omm in Tenleytown - Yoga Basics (begins February 4, register for the 4-week session here)
